Ingredients:

  • 125g butter
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup SinSun Soy Oligosaccharide
  • 1 egg
  • 100g chocolate chip
  • 1 cup raisin
  • 2.5 – 3 cup cornflakes
  • 1 cup all purpose flour

Method:

1. Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line 2 large oven trays and grease lightly.

2. In a bowl, cream butter and SinSun Soy Oligosaccharide together until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.

3. Fold flour, 1 cup cornflakes and chocolate chips through mixture.

4. Roll 1 ½ tsp full of mixture into balls and roll into remaining lightly crushed cornflakes. Arrange on trays about 4cm apart.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool on tray for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

材料:

  • 125克 牛油
  • 1/3 – 1/2杯 新松大豆低聚糖
  • 1粒 鸡蛋
  • 100克 巧克力片
  • 1杯 葡萄干
  • 2.5 – 3杯 玉米片
  • 1杯 通用面粉

方法:

  1. 将烤箱预热至中度,180°C。准备2个大烤箱托盘和轻轻涂上一层油。
  2. 在一个碗里,将牛油和新松大豆低聚糖打在一起,直到颜色变浅和蓬松。打入鸡蛋和加入香草香精搅合。
  3. 筛入面粉,加入1杯玉米片和巧克力片,拌和均匀。
  4. 将1 ½ 小匙的面团揉成小团球粒,放入玉米片碎里,沾上玉米片碎后排在托盘上,每个玉米片面团相隔约4厘米。
  5. 烘烤15-20分钟至金黄色,放在托盘上冷却5分钟,转移到架子上完全冷却。
